新たな才能は、どこで最初の一歩を踏み出すのか。若手クリエイターの発掘と支援を続けてきたスパイラルと、アーティストカフェ福岡が、その「場のつくりかた」を語ります。スパイラルは2000年より、若手クリエイターの発掘と支援を目的とした公募展「SICF」を東京で開催してきました。2026年9月には、東京以外では初となる「SICF Fukuoka」をONE FUKUOKA BLDG. 6階で開催。同館3階には複合店舗「SPIRAL GARDEN」も出店し、若手作家が作品を見せ、売り、次につなげる機会を広げています。本セッションでは、東京でのSICFをはじめとするスパイラルの展開事例を紹介するとともに、アーティストカフェ福岡とともに福岡のアートシーンの現状と今後の展開について議論します。地域における文化拠点の役割、そして若手クリエイターをどう支えるのか。才能をどう見出し、どう世に出すか —分野を越えて通じる「場づくり」のヒントを持ち帰れる50分です。

Where do new artists take their first step? Spiral, which has supported young creators for many years, joins Artist Cafe Fukuoka to talk about how to build that "first stage."Since 2000, Spiral has held an open-call art event called "SICF" in Tokyo. Its goal is to find and support young creators. In September 2026, Spiral will hold "SICF Fukuoka" on the 6th floor of ONE FUKUOKA BLDG. — the first time the event is held outside Tokyo. On the 3rd floor, a shop called "SPIRAL GARDEN" also opens, giving young artists more chances to show their work, sell it, and take the next step.
In this session, Spiral shares examples from SICF and its other programs in Tokyo. Together with Artist Cafe Fukuoka, they discuss where Fukuoka's art scene stands today and where it is going. How can a city support its cultural spaces? How do we find young talent and help it reach the world? These are questions that matter far beyond art. Join us for 50 minutes of ideas you can use in your own field.
This session is for people who: ・want to learn how open-call events and artist support programs work ・want to know the latest news about Fukuoka's art scene and cultural spaces ・are interested in how shops and art can work together ・care about building systems that grow talent and bring it to the world — in any field

2024年9月から、福岡県が取り組んでいる女性起業サポート「Bloom福岡」。

今回発表の場に立つのは、3名の女性起業家。
それぞれのビジネスプランに、先輩起業家や大学のアドバイザーがアドバイス。
また、Thursdaygatheringに集まる多様な参加者との交流を通して、新たな気づきやビジネスマチャンスにつながる機会も。

AIを“チャットで質問する”段階から、“仕事を任せ、育てる”段階へ。 参加者が自分の業務にAIを実装し、“社内ひとり目のAI推進リーダー”として動けるようになることを目指す、4ヶ月間のシリーズプログラムです。 プログラムは、 「AIを雇う → 育てる → 組織に配属する → 進化させ続ける」という4幕構成。 毎回単独でも学べますが、シリーズを通して参加することで、「個人で使う」から「組織で安全に活かす」まで、AI導入の具体的なプロセスを段階的に身につけていきます。福岡の実務者同士で、実践例や課題も共有します。
第三回目の今回は、「AIを組織に配属する」がテーマです。 AIを一人雇い（第1回）、仕事を覚えさせた（第2回）。次は、そのAIに"担当業務"を割り当てます。 コツは、AIに「何を（Task）／どんな手順で（Skill）／いつ動かすか（Schedule）」 の3つを渡すこと。これで、こちらがパソコンを閉じている間もAIは働き続けてくれます。

デモは Gemini Sparkで行う予定です。ChatGPT や Claude をお使いの方も、MCP連携で似たようなことを実現できます。
