LGBTQを取り巻く環境は、日本でも少しずつ変化しています。一方で、特に九州では、企業や社会における理解や取り組みにはまだ広がりの余地があります。
では、LGBTQについて知り、多様な人が働きやすい・暮らしやすい環境をつくることは、企業にとってどのような意味を持つのでしょうか？
本セッションでは、九州・日本におけるLGBTQの現状や課題、行政の取り組みを知るところからスタートし、実際にダイバーシティ推進に取り組む企業とともに、LGBTQの視点を経営やビジネスに取り入れることで生まれる変化や可能性について考えます。 採用や人材定着、組織づくり、顧客との関係、商品・サービス、新たなビジネス機会など、多様性を尊重することは、企業の成長とどのようにつながるのでしょうか。
すでに取り組んでいる企業の実践から、これから取り組みたい企業が最初にできることまで。LGBTQから多様性を企業の成長につなげる経営のヒントを探ります。
The LGBTQ landscape in Japan is gradually changing, but there is still room for greater understanding and action, particularly in Kyushu.
What does creating workplaces and communities where diverse people can thrive mean for businesses?
This session will explore the current LGBTQ landscape and challenges in Kyushu and Japan, including government initiatives, before hearing from companies actively working on diversity. We’ll discuss how LGBTQ perspectives can create opportunities in talent retention, organizational culture, customer relationships, products and services, and new business.
From practical examples to the first steps for companies getting started, we’ll explore how embracing diversity can contribute to business growth.
