Understand Session: Empowered by Industry (EBI) presents the Understand session, the second in the Interactive Learning Series (ILS) at Venture Café Fukuoka. Building on the Discover phase, participants use precise tools to define target customers and map their behaviors through detailed user personas and journey stages from awareness to retention. Attendees analyze pains across functional, emotional, social, financial, time, and workflow dimensions to pinpoint priority segments, ensuring products target validated needs for stronger market traction.
