日本とフランスを結ぶクロストーク形式で、制度的ガバナンス、コミュニティビルディング、そしてAI開発という3つの異なる視点（レンズ）を持つ実務家たちが登壇します。
欧州における最新のAI規制動向と日本特有のアプローチを比較・考察しながら、国家レベル、そして私たち人間レベルで「AIの主導権（コントロール）を握り続けること」の真の意味を共に考えていきましょう。
Can governments actually regulate AI, and should they? And beyond policy, what does AI still fail to replace in the way founders build, settle, and grow? In this France–Japan conversation, three practitioners bring three distinct lenses: institutional governance, community building, and AI from the inside. Together they compare Europe's recent regulatory moves, Japan's distinct approach, and what it means to stay in control, at the state level and the human one.
